Introducción del producto:

1. Integral structure, two internal S-shaped blades form a smooth path, and are cast together with the main body of the nozzle. The advantage of this structure is that the solid particle diameter of SMP nozzle is 3 times higher than that of normal solid cone nozzle under the same flow rate.

 

2. The unique design can avoid the problem of common nozzle clogging under bad working conditions. It is especially suitable for spraying slurry with large flow rate and containing more particles and impurities, so as to easily transport dirty and blocky liquid, such as lime slurry.

 

3. Low pressure to 0.2 bar can effectively spray. The internal channels are streamline, which makes the liquid flow more smoothly, without dead angle and blockage, and effectively reduces the liquid atomization pressure.

 

4. The S-shaped blade can avoid the stratified spraying of spiral nozzle and make the spraying more uniform and comprehensive.

 

5. Internal or external thread connection, from 3/8 “to 4”, flange connection is also available.

 

6. Materials available: latón, 303 acero inoxidable, 316L acero inoxidable, Teflón (politetrafluoroetileno) y PP.
