Integral structure, two S-shaped blades inside form the maximum unimpeded diameter, and are cast together with the nozzle body. The advantage of this structure is that the solid particle diameter of SMP nozzle is 3 times higher than that of normal solid cone nozzle under the same flow rate.
The unique design can avoid the blockage of common nozzle under bad working conditions. It is especially suitable for spraying slurry with large flow rate and containing more particles and impurities. It can easily transport the liquid with dirty and blocky substances, such as stone mortar.
Low pressure to 0.2 bar can effectively spray. The internal channels are streamline, which makes the liquid flow more smoothly, without dead angle and blockage, and effectively reduces the liquid atomization pressure.
The diversion function of S-shaped blade avoids the stratified spraying of spiral nozzle, which makes the spraying more uniform and comprehensive.
Materials Available: brass, 303 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) and PP.
Spray Angle: 30 °, 60 °, 90 ° and 120 °.
The flow rate can be from 2.45 L/min to 3400 L/min, and up to 17000 L/min according to user requirements.
